Digital Product Policy

All books available on Triakshya are digital files (PDF format).
Once a product has been purchased and delivered via email, the transaction is considered final and complete.

Because digital products cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances.

No Physical Shipping

We do not ship any physical copies. All deliveries are made electronically via email to the address provided during checkout.
Please ensure that the email address entered at the time of purchase is accurate.
Triakshya is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete email information.

Duplicate Payment

If you are charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error, please contact us immediately with proof of payment.
Once verified, the duplicate amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
